I'm going off to Bali tomorrow eaaaaarly in the morning. And yea, I'll be staying there for a week.
........a week in a hotel villa thing next to some paddy fields. What I'm going to do there? : Harvest rice for the family.
No joke.
I'll be going to Bali to harvest rice. For. The. Family.
I'm still joking.
I mean, about the harvesting rice part. The me-going-to-Bali part is real. And the staying-there-for-a-week part is real too.
Anyway, the hotel I'm staying at doesn't have any wi-fi cos they haven't set it up yet cos the hotel's still pretty new. My parents think my brother and I won't be able to survive there without any access to the World Wide Web. Therefore telling us beforehand that they'll take us to any cyber cafe we come across over there. Spoilt brats much? But yeah, I'll show them that I can live without the internet for a week!
My brother? Well, I think he will die from the internet deficiency and he'll definitely grab hold of that cyber cafe chance.
So it's gonna be 5 nights in Ubud and 2 nights in Seminyak. Okay, fine, that isn't really a week. It's more like a week + 1 day. But whatever, same difference right?
My dad and brother are planning to go white water rafting over there and they asked if I wanted to go or not. I said no. Cos I have this horrible fear of falling off the raft/boat thing, hitting my head on the rocks, passing out (or dying), and the current just carrying my body until it gets stuck somewhere...then my body will be left there.....and no one will be able to find me..............................worst case scenario: I go to hell instead of Heaven.
Hopefully, because of the lack of internet usage, I focus more on my art. That's what usually happens anyway. I draw more when I'm in some other country.
